Membership


Our membership includes individuals and institutions associated with museums and the heritage community as well as artists, archivists, archaeologists and others interested in our heritage.

The Association continues to respond to the varied needs of the museum community. As those involved in museums in the province develop a greater understanding of the field, their desire to upgrade and develop their own abilities increases. As new museums open their doors, there is an increased need for trained, professional museum personnel. As museums professionals develop, there is a desire to understand what others are doing elsewhere. As the number and diversity of museums in our area increases, the need for communication grows. The Association's services and training program is effective in answering those needs.

Membership Categories

Individual Membership: $ 15.00
(Voting) Open to anyone working, volunteering or interested in the museum or heritage field.

Institutional Membership: $ 30.00
(Voting) Open to any non-profit museum or heritage-related organization.

Associate Membership: $ 30.00
(Non-Voting) Open to any privately owned museum or business.

Patron Membership:
Open to any member for $100 or more. (Tax receipt issued)
